Delivery & Installation

All hot tubs are delivered across the UK via pallet courier.

Delivery is made to kerbside using a tail-lift vehicle, with the pallet placed on the driveway where access allows.

As the Ember is a larger 225cm model, customers should pay particular attention to access, final positioning and the number of people available to move the tub into place. Where access is restricted, a crane lift may be required.
