Delivery & Installation

All hot tubs are delivered across the UK via pallet courier.

Delivery is made to kerbside using a tail-lift vehicle, with the pallet placed on the driveway where access allows.

Customers should ensure sufficient access for the pallet and have 3–4 people available to move the tub into position, or arrange a crane lift where required.
