UK Delivery Information
At Wood Fired Hot Tub Co, we deliver wood fired hot tubs throughout mainland UK using specialist pallet and freight delivery networks experienced in handling large and heavy items.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across most mainland UK locations.
For deliveries to:
- Scottish Highlands
- Offshore islands
- Northern Ireland
- Remote or restricted-access areas
Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any additional delivery charges.
Delivery Lead Times
As many of our hot tubs are made to order, typical lead times are approximately:
- 3–5 weeks for standard models
- Longer for customised or upgraded configurations during busy periods
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on:
- Supplier production schedules
- Seasonal demand
- Transport availability
- Weather and shipping conditions
We will keep you updated throughout the process and contact you to arrange delivery once your order is ready.
Delivery Method
Hot tubs are delivered via specialist pallet delivery services.
Products are typically:
- Delivered securely packaged
- Transported on a pallet
- Delivered upright or on their side depending on the model and transport requirements
Most deliveries are made using vehicles equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck.
Kerbside Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are kerbside only.
Drivers will deliver the pallet to the nearest safe and accessible location reasonably available at the property.
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring suitable delivery access
- Checking access widths, gates and surfaces before ordering
- Arranging any required assistance for final positioning or lifting into place
Hot tubs should not be rolled into position, as this may damage the tub, cladding or components.
Access Requirements
Before ordering, please ensure:
- Access routes are clear and suitable
- Driveways or surfaces are stable and accessible for pallet delivery
- There is adequate space for unloading
If delivery access is restricted or additional handling equipment is required, extra charges may apply.
Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect all items upon delivery.
Any visible transit damage or missing items should:
- Be noted with the delivery driver where possible
- Be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
Photographic evidence may be requested to support any claim.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Restricted access
- Unsafe conditions
- No one available to receive the order
- Incorrect delivery information
Additional redelivery or storage charges may apply.
Installation & Positioning
Our standard delivery service does not include:
- Crane hire
- Installation
- Electrical work
- Final positioning
- Site preparation
Customers are responsible for preparing a suitable base and arranging final placement of the hot tub.
