We supply wood fired hot tubs, accessories and related products within the United Kingdom.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend, discontinue or change specifications, pricing or availability without notice.
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of many products, dimensions, finishes and colours may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
2. Pricing
All prices shown are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown before checkout.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including where:
- Products become unavailable
- Pricing errors occur
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
- Delivery restrictions apply
4. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our hot tubs are made to order or specially prepared to customer specification.
By placing an order for a made-to-order product, you acknowledge that:
- Production may begin shortly after ordering
- Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production or supplier allocation has commenced

5. Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK using specialist pallet and freight delivery networks.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Suitable site access is available
- Delivery access is safe and unobstructed
- Adequate assistance is available where required for final positioning
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are kerbside only.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, transport delays, weather conditions or supplier availability.
6. Product Use & Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:
- Installed correctly
- Used safely
- Maintained appropriately
- Protected from freezing conditions where applicable
We recommend following all supplied guidance regarding setup, water care, maintenance and safe operation.
Improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance or environmental damage may void applicable warranties.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products and components. Warranty periods and terms may vary depending on the product supplied.
Warranty coverage does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic ageing
- Freezing damage
- Improper installation
- Misuse or neglect
- Damage caused by chemicals not used in accordance with guidance
Any warranty claim may require photographic evidence and inspection.
